This is a maintenance update fixing a couple minor problems for all KeyWarrior variants and a more significant problem for the KeyWarrior Combo chips. No new features were added to the standard chips. On the KeyWarrior Combo chips the PS/2 mouse interface could under relatively rare conditions return wrong replies to commands. This could lead to the mouse not being properly initialized or missing completely. In some cases this could keep a Windows 98 machine from properly booting up. For a complete list of the bugfixes please get the new data sheet. The new data sheet can be found on our website: www.codemercs.com ################################################### MouseWarrior V1.0.4 going to be released in the next few days. The bug affecting the PS/2 mouse port on the KeyWarrior Combo was also present in the MouseWarrior chips. The V1.0.4 is currently undergoing final testing to be certified for production. With V1.0.4 we will also introduce MouseWarrior Eye which works with the Agilent HDNS2000 optial sensor to build mice with no moving parts. We will send out another newsletter with more details as soon as the V1.0.4 is production ready. ################################################### Disclaimer Trademarks mentioned in this newsletter are the properties of their respective owners.
