Ornamental lights made from frosted acrylic glas tubes lighted by Lumileds Rebel LEDs. The four LEDs are connected in series and are powered by a LED-Warrior01-350 with 350mA. DC input is provided by a 24V wall plug. The Rebel could be powered with up to 1A, but using their full power did result in too bright light for decorative applications.

Our display on the IHK booth at the electronica 2008 show was illuminated by a single OSRAM Ostar E3B LED. The Ostar is powered by a LED-Warrior01-350 with 350mA at about 20V, resulting in 7W power on the LED generating about as much light as a 40W halogen bulb would produce. We could not run the Ostar at its full potential of 1000mA (about 20W) since we could not get a sufficiently large heat sink in time for the show.

Sandblasted acrylic glass illuminated by four blue Avagotech Moonstone LEDs. The LEDs are mounted on an aluminum bar that also serves as a heat sink. All four LEDs are connected in series and are powered by a LED-Warrior01-350, DC power supplied by a 24V wall plug.
